The bathroom started off as an early 80's bathroom. Rough-ins were set for the wall-hung toilet carrier, linear shower drain, and vanity plumbing before framing, with slope and waterproofing detailed for a curbless shower entry.
The shower sits behind a frameless glass partition with matte black hardware. A matte black rainfall head and handheld on a slide bar run off a thermostatic valve. The linear drain is set tight to the back wall and tiled flush with the floor, eliminating the traditional center drain so the floor tile runs uninterrupted through the shower.
The toilet is wall-hung on a concealed in-wall carrier and controlled by a matte black dual-flush plate. A low half-wall separates the toilet from the shower and serves as the return point for the glass partition.
The vanity sits in its own alcove at the entry end of the room. A floating two-door cabinet in fluted white with a wood edge trim holds an integrated stone countertop and a black single-hole faucet. A backlit oval LED mirror is mounted on a full-height stone-look porcelain feature wall.
Walls in the wet zone are finished in wood-look 3D textured ceramic for warmth against the neutral floor. The ceiling is flat white with recessed LED pot lights and an inline exhaust fan vented to the exterior.
